Dual citizen (US and PH) Adult Child Sponsoring Mother for a 11-day trip in Italy, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands

I am sponsoring my mom (all expenses paid by me) for a trip this coming November. Even though Italy is primarily our point of entry, we will be applying through France as we will be there the longest (5 days). There’s a reputable Philippines travel agency helping us file paperwork. I will be submitting affidavit of support (notarized), bank statements, and every documents needed. We are also going to be booking flights and accommodations to submit.

My mom has a deed to our house in the Philippines, savings account, and 2 pensions. We also have an inherited land that doesn’t have a deed yet but in a form of declaration of heirship that’s under our names.

My mother has been to Hong Kong and Macau before.

My question: How likely is her visa approval?
