Agencies

How helpful is an agency? I’m currently in a very good one but the weekly requirement is 700+ activity points that i can’t seem to manage to get unless i spend gems on signing in:”) Is a top agency more helpful than other basic ones? Cause the weekly salary aka the rewards i get don’t seem that important so i’m genuinely confused how much is it worth investing in an agency😭
