Tuition fee paying questions

Is it possible for me to pay using the bursaries & grants MB student aid is about to give me and pay the rest with what I saved up after? Preferably not using the loans because I don’t think I need it? And I have already handed in the documents for MB student aid and they’re asking me to make a MSCA account, but after I set that up would my application process be set up before Oct 1? If not would I have a late fee? (For some reason its not letting me makea MSCA account but Im gna call and get that fixed later)

I am a new U1 nursing student and my tuition and it was around $6.2k, I have $2k saved up of my own money, my parents have $2.5k in my RESP account, and I applied for MB student aid that gave me estimated bursaries, grants, and an allotted loan amount I could borrow.
