A story

Just finished looting TB Mall and was at Diamond selling my loot to the vendors.

I hear someone say. “Hey where did you get the orange backpack.”

I decided that having just looted over $100k I’d drop this random guy an orange backpack. So I dropped it on the floor aimed my gun and turned the flash light on and off.

I was feeling extra generous so I bought a fresh L403A1 from Gunny and dropped it on the floor for him. He said wow and thanks so much and I sent him a simple message that said “when you have enough money pass the good will onwards.” He said he would.

I decided to head to the Municipal Office Building to give that a loot and also do a quest. I got shot in the neck by the sniper on the top floor near the checkpoint outside tiger bay mall.

Cursing myself for dying I run back and grabbed my gear, took care of the sniper and moved into the Municipal office. There was only one guard left that I quickly killed and headed to the loot room.

When I got there the door was locked, not believing my luck I went inside and there was a pretty decent stash of loot. On heading out I noticed a dead player in the corner, I went over to him and the option to message him popped up. I clicked F and there was the message I wrote to the guy who I dropped the gear for.

Unlucky guy must have leap frogged me when I died. Not sure if he got the gear back but he had the backpack and gun for all of 10 mins before being killed.

I laughed to myself and thought well that’s shit luck.
