Minerva monitoring system

im getting 4 guys in my game, mind you 2 of them are not talking at all. they run out everywhere alone in first 15 seconds, the whole team even after i call strats, they dont listen, they dont talk at all. Then i tell them may aswell stay in spawn getting 13-0d its impossible to win like this. i didnt call them names or anything. got a bit louder for a round because one guy suddenly shouted at me but that was it after that i ignored them. How do i get a verbal abuse ban then. Its also saying taking previous games into account, like im never mean to anyone i just want to win. if people shout at each other i just mute and play its just annoying to me and unnecessary imo. i really dont get it... dont think this works properly. What do you think about the system any experiences like this?
