Hopeless Jee aspirant

Hy friends , I am in 11th now , It's already 3 august 2026 and Maine abhi tk Jee preparation start nhi Ki hai , No family support , Not able to Buy any paid batch, Can't study more than 3 hours per day for jee , Currently Started my jee journey with mohit tyagi youtube channel with Alk sir , Abj sir and mohit tyagi sir , I am so Distracted, Addicted to mobile , Overthink a lot , So much lazy , But I can try to Change my self , I will have no problem in jee mains as I have EWS reservation, But what about jee advanced, Anyone guide me
