Choosing between a E53 or a S560

Im a student and i casually go on road trips.

Im Looking at
2021 E53 amg with a spec that i really like with 60k miles
and
2020 S560 with 50k miles

I Really like the Facelift of the E53 and the interior But you guys know better.

My question is what would yall pick, and which is more prone to breaking down.
