Stuck between two paths, bioinformatics or dietician?

I am rn getting enrolled in a university for my bechalors(this decided my future goals)

but I am not able to choose among these paths and I only want to focus on one thing

if I go for bioinformatics in future.. I am not really sure about market demand and roi as it will require a lot of upskilling in tech( I don't mind that but it should be worth it after my masters) and it has high scope in abroad don't know about India

if I decided to go for dietetics.., that career may be stable but low pay but if I open my personal clinic with wide online presence I might earn very well..

And I am going for masters in either choice

still I would like to know what others think on these two career paths and which one i wouldn't regret!
