Normal EMG but perceived weakness feels super real.

About 11 months ago it started feeling harder to type, scroll on my phone, and just harder to do most things with my right hand that I found myself using left hand more. I could still do all tasks it just felt harder.

I saw neurologist who said I had 5/5 strength but 7 months into this I got an EMG/NCS by a neuromuscular/EMG specialist and I had a totally normal NCS of my right side and normal EMG of 6 muscles in my right hand/arm. 11 months later I can still do everything but typing texting etc is exhausting. I know this doesn’t seem like ALS but this sucks and what could it possibly be? Clean brain MRI as well.
