Jiren alternate story True Strength

Hey everyone, new to this subreddit hope everyone is doing well. I have a question for people as I've tried my hardest, but not been able to complete jiren Story mode as the alternate story True Strength has you fight against Golden Frieza, Android 17 and Goku got me stumped.

For reference to get the alternate ending and to finish the story I have to defeat the characters mentioned in the above paragraph in about 3 minutes as Jiren (Full Power).

I have tried multiple times, but each time I either lose too much time to Frieza due to grabs and ki blasts, or to android 17 due to keeping his distance and spamming me with ki blasts.

Just want to know if anyone has any strategies to make this fight a little more doable. I will admit, I'm not the best at the game but would love to just beat it finally
