Stags party / bachelor psrty in Gdansk

Hi. We are a group of 9 men from Finland planning to spend a weekend in Gdansk to celebrate a bachelor party.

What would you recommend to do? What definitely not/tourist traps to avoid?

And of course the best attractions to see.

E.g. is the "bar rides" worth it, where a minibus rides the group around the city to have drinks at bars?

Is there any breweries or distilleries around or close to Gdansk centre where they would arrange a tour and tasting?

We prefer not to go to any strip clubs
