Unknown 1 EUR charge

Hi everybody,

my company has never had an account with Shopify. We have never started any trials, and we have never provided Shopify with our credit card details or company bank account information.

Somehow, Shopify charged our bank account today with 1 EUR directly (not via a credit card). We immediately locked down our bank account and are now waiting for an explanation from Shopify, although we are not expecting much.

Has something similar happened to anyone else? If so, were you able to find out what the charge was related to?
