Progesterone drop

I’m trying not to freak out, but my progesterone was at a 28 then a 21 now it’s out of 12 as a Friday on that same day I saw baby’s heartbeat. I was already on 200 mg of progesterone at night but now they want to switch me to suppositories has anyone else had this happen and they’ve continued their pregnancy?
