Is GPT5.6 via GitHub co-pilot harness worse?

Is it just me or GPT Sol 5.6 performs pretty bad when using GitHub Co-pilot in VSCode?

I am comparing with Claude code VS studio plugin as I run that side by side the GitHub co-pilot plugin.

The company I work for has provided GPT5.6 models under GitHub co-pilot 😓
