False Positives Clumping Detection

I wanted to print something over the weekend, and when I came back to work, I found my print without even the first layer finished. Clumping detection found an “error” although, it was a false positive and nothing was wrong.

How does clumping detection work? Is it a camera? Too much force is needed to extrude? Or another kind of sensor?

Our company just got an H2D and I am hesitant to turn clumping detection off. I already turned it to low sensitivity but I still got an error over the weekend.

Any other solutions you geniuses can think of?

Using 3dxmax Asa, although I’ve had issues with other brands of filaments as well.
