When a practitioner schedules your appointment for first thing in the morning, and you get there to find two other people who've been given the same appointment time.
As a bonus, they've told you to arrive early, but when you get there the door is locked and the three of you are standing around wondering what's going on. Then, all three of you wind up sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes before anyone is acknowledged by the receptionist, who slides her glass partition open and asks, "Who was here first?" Then, you get taken to a freezing examining room where you wait for another 25 minutes in an oversized paper gown.
