DTS voucher retraining stuff

Anyone who graduated retraining here lately? I just have a few questions.

1. I ended up driving to tech school, I know I'm only allowed 1 travel day and the rest are leave days. Do I need to do leaveweb for that? I was told not to because finance deducts leave based on the leave days I have when I do my voucher. I'm suddenly getting mixed answers hence I'm asking now. I don't really see anything in the JTR about leaveweb.

2. What docs should I be uploading in my voucher? Other than lodging receipts. I'm assuming my training RIP or email? Does it need my graduation certificate as well?

3. How do I get reimbursed for my CTW? I made one and took screenshots of the flight prices before I went on the TDY. Specifically where do I put the cost so the expenses move up in the voucher?

P.S. My RA isn't really familiar with retraining dts.
