Giving up my 2013 Dodge Dart, is this price reasonable?

Hey all! My ‘13 Dodge Dart Rallye with 120k miles was deemed a total loss and I was able to negotiate for a 6,000 total loss settlement. Do you guys think this is worth it to accept? Originally they wanted to give me 5600 for it.
This car was paid off fully but honestly it was nearing its end regardless how much I loved it 😿 and it was the neon citrus peel color. She was a beauty. Okay I’m getting distracted but what yall think? Thanks in advance
