can't tell if bottle needs maceration or what

Hi please help, I got bavari bloom today and it doesn't smell sharp or alcoholic, however there's no warm i can't smell the vanilla at all - there's rose and musk but the musk isn't the soft nice skin like, instead its annoying - like a bad ittar. it smells so much like an ittar, i want to cry

is this a maceration issue or is the scent just bad?

can you please suggest me any nice warm yet summer friendly perfumes (feminine)
