Regarding 5th point in physical reporting slip

Candidate will be required to share the Physical Reporting OTP sent on the mobile/email with the Authorized person of the Institute to complete the Physical Reporting procedures and

obtain Physical Reporting Slip.

Okay but i haven't received any sort of otp what am i supposed to share?
