Retail Store demo device locked out

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice on a bit of a dilemma at work.

We have two Lenovo tablets that are used as display units on our shop floor. Somehow they've been taken out of demo mode, and customers have managed to set passwords on them.

One of the tablets is now FRP (Factory Reset Protection) locked and appears to be linked to a customer's Google account, so we have no way of accessing it.

We've already tried holding the power and volume buttons to boot into the recovery menu, but we've had no luck getting past the FRP lock.

We're trying to find a legitimate way to get the tablets back into a usable state rather than having to replace them. Is there any software or management tool that could help, or has anyone dealt with something similar before?
