Upgrade tips

I, 16M, am getting a new D5200 for my birthday in a week or so, which is an upgrade from my dads old D50. Is there anything I should keep in mind/buy/learn? I mainly shoot landscape and architecture and have enough lenses, but I would be open to recommendations!
