looking for an oral surgeon for my dog

hi! our vet gave us a list of board certified surgeons but i’m hoping to get some recommendations based on past experiences. my dog has a swollen saliva gland under her tongue that needs to be removed. if anyone has dealt with this before pls lmk. TYIA
