Incredibly striking 2yo old Conde is on the EU list at BARC Shelter in Houston Tx for 8/3@1pm after his owner was arrested. Conde is confused and terrified with everything. He is a healthy wonderful boy! Can be locally fostered, rescued, or adopted in/out of state and into Canada. Pls share on SM!!
