Can any instagram experts help me?

So basically my crush shows up as an instagram user, so I thought they blocked me. I asked some other friends to search her to see if she deactivated her account or something like that, but for them she shows up as user not found and is removed from their followers list. Her alt account is also the same, and she did say she might deactivate it from time to time. Do you think she blocked me?
