Am I experiencing the thoughts of God or the devil?

The devil can mimick. What am I supposed to do? Im an easy target. Changed Antwerpen in a couple months. Why wouldnt I be a target? Yet, its hard to discern who's thoughts these are. I need help 🙏🏼
