Bachelors for Cybersecurity

I wanted to see if anyone added a focus on their bachelors degree for example Bachelors of science cybersecurity focused on generative ai. If so is it really worth it? I have 11 classes left for graduating and focusing on generative AI will only add 2 more courses according to advisor.
