ADVICE NEEDED! TW: NUMBERS MENTIONED
Hi everyone! I’m a 20 year old who lost their period about a year ago because I lost about 30 pounds in 6 months and definitely didn’t eat enough healthy fats. I was a little bit underweight, but barely then and since I’ve gained about 15 pounds. Recently though I will say I was pretty yo-yo because I tried to intuitive eat and accidentally lost more weight (because I think my brain goes to restriction and I can’t read my hunger cues). I decided to start eating more and tracking and eventually going to reverse diet until it comes back. Although right now I am dealing with the worst food noise I have ever dealt with in my life. It is truly all consuming and I am confused because I am consistently eating more (especially fats and carbs). I am also a weight I’ve been when I’ve had a healthy period before. I do lift 6 days a week but I’ve cut back on cardio and have been taking more rest recently. Any tips, particularly with the food noise as that is the most consuming. It is the worst it’s ever been (even worse than when I weighed less and was restricting more). Thanks.
