My suspicions were accurate, she ghosted me because she was more interested in another guy

But now how do I respond?

She ghosted me like 2 weeks ago after we went on two dates. I figured she was talking to another connection, but didn’t want to make any assumptions. Even if that was honestly a better outcome than someone deciding not to date me at all without another persons influence.

Last night I finally decided to just ask her what was up and if she just wasn’t feeling things another more. The timing was weird since she went on vacation right after the second date, so I let things be for a while.

She responded to my text saying how she liked hanging out but wasn’t sure, especially when she was also interested in seeing where things went with another guy. She just didn’t know what to do and how to tell me.

What’s your take on something like this?
