Is Anyone else saying out loud during the day “ I hate everyone”?

I just wanna know if this is just a mean thing or if it’s anybody else’s problem, I catch myself multiple times a day just saying out loud without a care for who hears it “I hate all of you” or “I hate everyone”. And unfortunately, it’s not even a joke. It is just these little flashes of true self myself.
Is anyone else having these moments?
