How do I know I haven't messed up my thigh injection?

I just injected about 7mg of Een into my outer thigh but am worried I've injected too deep and maybe went passed the subcut fat layer (is that possible?).

It is meant to be a subcutaneous injection. I put it in at about 75° - 85° and it is 1.3cm long
