Are Authorized Dealers Typically Willing to Mark Down the Price of a Watch to Make a Sale? (Europe-specific)

I've mostly done private sales to get my watches, but are fine jewellers and ADs willing to sell for less than full MSRP and if so, what does one say or so and if not, how are you getting your watches will full warranty coverage from the factory, but at a discount?
