Astound/RCN: Without service in southeast Evanston

Is anyone else experiencing zero internet service after losing connection during and after the recent storms? We are going on a week, and the earliest appointment they could give me when I called on July 30th was August 7th, which is ridiculous. Just wondering if it's a property thing or an Astound thing.
