Equipment for a power-bottom/service-top dynamic?

I see a lot of hardware is set up for the submissive being the one to mechanically lashed to it. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of equipment that allows for a power-bottom to satisfy themselves on a service-top that may be bound to, or otherwise restrained, on the usual equipment.

I mean, I can only go so far with things like cuffs and cord on the mattress, but then I look at things like spanking benches, St. Andrew's crosses, etc... and I'm thinking that all of this is designed for an incompatible dynamic to my own.

Is there much in the way of suggestions for equipment that could be useful in a service-top/power-bottom dynamic?
