Diaphragmatic endometriosis

Has anyone tried a TENS machine for referred right shoulder pain from diaphragmatic endo? Paracetamol and naproxen take away the uterine pain but fail to touch the nerve pain. Looking to see if a tens machine on the shoulder could work instead, as to avoid taking stronger medication like Codiene
