How much TP / paper towels/towels do you supply for a high-end weekly rental (sleeps 10-12)?

We have a rustic but desirable waterfront property with a hot tub, sleeps 10-12, and rents by the week in peak season ($70 /person /night, which is low end of the high-tier rentals in our area). Our caretaker handles repairs and checks the property before guests arrive but doesn't do room service type restocking. We have other jobs, kids, etc and are often not able to drive there.

For a full week stay, what's a reasonable starting supply?

• TP: 2 rolls per bathroom, or more?
• Paper towels: 2 rolls per kitchen, or more?
• Bath towels: 2 per person, or unlimited?

I don't want to nickel and dime guests, but also want to keep restocking simple since we're often managing this remotely. What works for your properties?
