LinkedIn is NOT dead

I know it's popular to bash LinkedIn these days.

It's dead, it's fake, no one finds a job on it, etc.

I have my issues with the founder, but it remains the best job board and one of the better networking tools. I post many jobs there, and I've done a tremendous amount of hiring from it. It's my #1 sourcing tool. I do over 100 reach-outs weekly using it. I've gotten several jobs through LinkedIn applications.

It has issues with fake profiles and whatnot, but what large social media tool doesn't?
