Agents Refusing to Show me Apartments

I am moving from one borough to another. I've been looking for months- I was looking with a friend, and we realized we wanted different things so that didn't work out. I've actually been apartment hunting since May. Now I'm looking alone. I'm renting with a guarantor, and she has a unique situation, and isn't able to share income when they ask "what's your income and credit score."

When we have gotten past that stage, we have literally always been approved. She's always paid rent on time. I understand they have to vet applicants, but lately they have been refusing to SHOW ME APARTMENTS on this basis. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I understand they probably need that info, but I literally don't have it. There is someone who is showing an apartment that I was really excited about to other prospective applicants, but not to me. Like, I get it's one of those situations that's like, tough luck. But I'm just so exhausted. My lease is up at the end of this month and someone else has my room so I have to find a place. UGHHHH I HATE THIS!!! What do I do. How can I see apartments lol.
