How do small online clothing shops handle deliveries? Need help

Hi guys! I'm gonna launch soon my small online clothing shop. I'll be selling my preloved clothes (for now) kay super daghan nagyud akong sinina and I need to make space. It's my first time ever to do this kind of business

My question now is

1. Gina unsa ninyo ug handle ang deliveries? What's your system?

2. Do you guys message the customers a day before to confirm nga naay mag dawat saila order during delivery day?

3.What courier inyong gina gamit?

Sa karon, within cdo lang sa ang akong e handle na orders kay starting paman gud ko and i'm still learning ba. I'm worried anang situations where naka book nako ug rider and wala si customer sa balay to accept it. I would really appreciate hearing gina unsa ninyo ni ug handle/manage. If you guys would like to give out tips, I'd be grateful pud. Thanks!
