How can i stop my ongoing period

My periods are usually short about 2 to 5 days i am in medina right now and going to makkah tmr to perform umrah
I’ll be staying in makkah for 4 days
Now i dont know how to stop my periods
Pls if anyone could help
Its my first day of periods today 😭
