Need advice on my ka-talking stage

Problem/Goal: Help me decide on what to do

Context: I have been talking with this guy I met through a dating app for almost 2 months. We already went out twice. I'm not sure if he's still trying to figure out how to properly approach me, however, I feel like he does not take that much initiative to lead me. For instance, I feel like I tend to be the one to decide where to go out and where to eat when we go out. He doesn't seem to have that much suggestions. I'm not sure if I should already drop this connection or if it is worth pursuing it.

Previous Attempts: Honestly, I tried to give him chance to lead the 2nd time we went out. But I can't help but keep on relying on myself and not rely on other people, particularly him.
