Realistically, what is the cost likely to be to register my car?

So after a bit, I am finally taking care of some issues with my car. Registration being one of them. Now its been a bit since it has been registered so I know I'll have to pay the taxes for the amount time it wasn't registered, but what am I looking at as far as taxes and other things? It has been registered in NC before but its been a while (4 years). I'm in Gaston County and it was registered before in Charlotte if that helps.
