Wasted money on attorney

Attorney for RFE recommends no additional evidence, no more LOR, when the RFE specifically states what it’s missing for but attorney says ‘it won’t make a difference’…. Anyone else experience this? I believe the attorney is just swamped and doesn’t want any more work
