Suggestion: Bring Car Crash Detection to GT 5

Hi everyone 👋

I own a Huawei Watch GT 5 and I'm wondering if it's possible for Huawei to add a **Car Crash Detection** feature through a future HarmonyOS update.

The hardware is already there – the accelerometer and gyroscope are the same sensors used for the existing Fall Detection feature. And Huawei has already implemented similar functions in other models, such as:

- The Huawei Watch Ultimate Design, which can connect to a car and share health data in emergency situations.

- The GT 6 update that added fall detection specifically for bicycle accidents.

So it's not a hardware limitation – it's all about software algorithms, which can definitely be updated.

My questions to the community:

- Do you think Huawei could bring this feature to the GT 5 via an update?

- Is there enough demand from users to push them to develop it?

- What's the best official channel to submit this suggestion? (I know the Huawei Health app has a "Feedback" section, but is there a more direct way?)
