Anyone in Kuching looking for a mental health support circle?

Does anybody else struggling to deal with their mental health too? I’ve been clinically diagnosed with mdd for about 2 years now but i still wish that i have a support group/community near me. I am not talking about official bodies/organizations. Maybe like a friend or even just a few people to talk to anytime without feeling sense of judgement. Trying to find my community in kuching. Maybe we can support each other and be friends?
