Stolen email for uber account

HI guys, I need help. Someone has used my email address to open an uber account (I do not have one on that email) and used it for apple social sign in as well. I want to delete/deactivate that account but I can not do it due to social sign in on "intruder" apple device. I can not even reset passwod via email. I tried to contact support, but I need to login to do it and, as you all can assume, I can not do it.

I even tried to report it from another account, but no luck.

Any suggestion what to next?
