Help! - DS414j shows flashing light and will not initialize

Nothing happened yesterday (power fluctuations, etc.) and this morning I wake up and se a flashing blue light on the unit and resetting the power will now initialize - just the flashing blue light. I have 4x 4TB drives in this thing, set to RAID 1+0 for a total of 7.8TB usable, 4TB of which are filled with data that I would very much like to keep.

A quick look on the Synology help center shows that this is likely a busted motherboard or power supply issue. The 414j is no longer sold anywhere... If I buy a new 4-bay enclosure (DS423 or 414j if I can find a used one somewhere), can I put these disks in it and then configure it the same way, or did I lose everything? I was running DSM 6.0 The drives themselves were reporting Healthy status as of last check (last week or so).
