Issues with logging in on the mobile app

It's already been 4 hours since I've been trying to re-log in my account on the app... I tried uninstalling, clearing cache, reached out to the discord server and raised a ticket but I still kept getting this error somehow.... I tried doing the troubleshoot guide I got from the support ticket but it didn't work.

I tried logging in on my pc on desktop it can still access my account but its not accessible on my phone... why? is there a problem with this?
