Vissane or elagolix ?

2 different gynac recommended me 2 different tablets i am so confused.

I have bilateral cyst :( 6cm & 4cm
I will be opting surgery in october.

The first doctor asked me to take vissane and try for pregnancy if it doesnt happen only then opt for surgery

The 2nd doctor asked me to take elagolix and then opt for surgery.

I dont know which medicine has how much side effect and how do i approach this. Consulting another doctor dreads me some other new option that would confuse me further
