Offer from Accenture S&C GN

Hi Everyone,

I received an offer to join Accenture S&C GN as a lateral hire. I will be joining as a Tech Strategy Consultant. I have around 4 years of post MBA (Tier 2 college) experience. Just wanted to understand how is the work culture like , what kind of hikes might I receive.
